Do you ship internationally?
Yes. From this site, we ship to UK, EU and Rest of World. The two locations we do not ship to are USA and Canada. If you are based in these locations and want to order, please go to our local website by clicking here.
How will my order be sent?
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. EU and Rest of World orders sent via Royal Mail International.
How long does it take you to dispatch/deliver an order?
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and will take the following lead time to be delivered -

What happens if I miss my delivery?
UK: If we are unable to gain access to your delivery address then the goods will be returned to your local delivery depot. The courier will leave a calling card with instructions to arrange re-delivery or alternatives.
EU/Rest of World: Dependent on your local postal company. They should leave instructions for you. Please contact them. In the case of no response, contact us.
What do I do if delivery takes too long?
Please note that we advise a maximum waiting time as outlined below. If by the end of the recommended time your order has still not arrived then please contact us.
UK – 7 working days
Europe – 17 working days
Rest of World – 22 working days
BFPO – 32 weeks
British Forces Post Office (BFPO) deliveries.
Please be advised that we do ship to BFPO and normally dispatch the item within 1-2 working days (add delivery time on top of this), but we have the following terms which you should be made aware of:
HotShotsCalendar.com can take no liability for lost, damaged or stolen packages. In the case of reported lost, stolen or damaged goods, HotShotsCalendar.com can provide no refund. We do not supply tracking or PODs for BFPO orders. You order to a BFPO at your own risk. Please be advised that delivery to BFPOs can take up to 32 weeks.
By ordering from our website to a BFPO you automatically adhere to the above conditions.
